Delivery area
KAKIORA delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Delivery options and charges

- FREE delivery on every subscription order
The delivery services available for your address, the exact charges and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay. The rates shown at checkout are the rates you will be charged — no hidden extras. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer where they apply.
Dispatch and handling
Handling time is 2 business days. UK delivery then takes up to 7 working days; deliveries to Europe and the United States usually take 5 to 10 working days. For Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the estimated delivery date for your address is shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Where the chosen delivery service includes tracking, your tracking link is included in that email.
Delays and problems
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timescale, please contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you. If an order is lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
