Our 30-day money-back promise

We want you to feel completely confident trying KAKIORA. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the day you received your order and we will offer you a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

To arrange this, simply contact us with your order number. We may ask you to return unused bars; where a return is needed for a change-of-mind refund, [TO CONFIRM: who pays return postage].

Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, tell us in a clear statement (for example by email) within those 14 days, then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. For hygiene reasons, this statutory right does not apply to personal-care products that have been unsealed after delivery — although our 30-day promise above still applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us straight away. You are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — normally a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs — and we will sort it quickly at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. We process refunds promptly, and in any event within 14 days of agreeing the refund (or, where goods are being returned, within 14 days of receiving them back). Your bank or card issuer may take a few further days to show the money in your account.
