Our 30-day money-back promise

We want you to feel completely confident trying KAKIORA. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of the day you received your order and we will put it right — with a replacement or a refund in line with our refund policy.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and receive a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products may be excluded from the statutory right of cancellation once unsealed — but our 30-day promise above still applies. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty or not as described.

How to start a return or refund

1. Contact us with your order number and a short note about the issue.
2. We will reply with simple instructions — you will not be left guessing.
3. Once agreed, refunds are made to your original payment method.
