Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation email. If your delivery service includes tracking, that email contains your tracking link — simply click it to see where your parcel is.

Can’t find your dispatch email?

• Check your spam or junk folder for an email from KAKIORA.
• Search your inbox for your order number (it starts with #).

Still stuck?

Contact us with your order number and we will find your parcel for you. There is a real person on the other end, and we reply to every message.
