KAKIORA is a Japanese persimmon deodorising soap — a daily cleansing bar made with persimmon (kaki) extract, which is naturally rich in tannins. It is designed to help wash away the oily residues on skin that can carry stubborn, age-related odour, while staying gentle enough for everyday use.

Yes — KAKIORA is formulated to be gentle, with coconut oil, hyaluronic acid and collagen alongside the persimmon extract. KAKIORA is a cosmetic product, not a medicine, and is not intended to treat any skin or medical condition.

Light, clean and neutral. KAKIORA is not a perfumed soap — the aim is skin that simply smells fresh, rather than masking anything with fragrance.

It depends how often you use it and whether you wash with it head to toe. As a rough guide, one bar used once a day usually lasts a few weeks. Storing it somewhere it can drain and dry between washes makes a real difference.
