How to measure: wrap a tape around your natural waistline, snug but not tight, and read the number in inches. Measure over bare skin, not over clothing.

Between sizes? Take the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller for a closer fit. If you wear M in most high-street brands, M is your size here too.
